If your PC is working slow or if u find low memory in your C: drive, This is because some temporary files occupy the spaces, these temporary files are needed to be deleted regularly!
There are two folder which contain temporary files
1) temp
2) %tmp%
Steps to perform this cleanup is
Step 1: Click start => Run, Click on it.
Step 2: Type "temp" in it and press OK or Enter.
Step3: A folder will open, now you can delete these temporary files in that folder.
Step 4: Now type "%tmp" in Run dialog box, press OK or Enter.
Step 5: Now a folder will open, then delete those files also.
This delete the files which are not required and saves space on C: drive..
