Many of you might have gone through the problem that '.exe' files, donot run or by mistake there is some error in the registry!! this error can be fixed by just simple registry file. You do not need to go to an engineer to repair it, and he will give you a big fat bill.. Here's the fix for it
Step1: Just open a new TEXT file, name it anything.
Step2: Open that text file and copy paste exactly give in the quotes below. note:- don't copy the quotes
" Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.exe\UserChoice] "
Step 3: Now Save As the File with extension as '.reg'
Step 4: Now, double click on this file or right click and click merge. Press ok...
you are done with the error!
