1) Open your registry: click on start => run => regedit . press OK.it will popup a window called registry editor!!!
2) now in Edit => goto Find, click on it.
a new window will popup. now type the string from the explorer which you want to change as shown below! here i am going to change "System Volume Information" inn My computer.
3) When you type the string as show above, click on find next! you will be directed to the registry entry of that string.
4)Now when you see that entry (as it is highlighted already). right click on it and click on Modify.
5)Now a small window will popup, now in the Value Field, Change it as you want, here i have written as shown below

6)When you press okay your work is done, you can see your change made by opening the explorer and wherever you have changed it (here i have changed in My Computer)
